HIGH SCHOOL REGISTRATION VISITS (CURRENT 8TH GRADE STUDENTS)
High school counselors will deliver registration information to Shadow Ridge 8th graders on Thursday, February 26th. Please talk with your student about returning the registration form to an 8th grade teacher or counselor by the deadline listed on the form.
April 2026
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REGISTRATION
Our school counselors are excited to visit our elementary feeder schools from April 27-30th to introduce students to the middle school experience! During these visits, we will:
- Explain the middle school structure and daily schedule.
- Describe the various elective classes available.
- Host a Q&A session for students.
Students will bring home information to review with their parents/guardians. Please ensure the registration form (including a parent signature) is returned to your child's 5th grade teacher by Friday, May 8th.
Our elementary feeder schools are Cherry Drive, Glacier Peak, Riverdale and Skyview.

IN-HOUSE REGISTRATION (CURRENT 6TH AND 7TH GRADE STUDENTS)
Counselors will deliver registration information to the current 6th & 7th graders in the month of April. Students must make their course selections for elective classes, complete with parent signature, before returning the form to their teacher or counselor at Shadow Ridge. Students should be bringing this form home with them the week of April 20-24th. Be watching for a colored piece of paper to review selections and provide a parent signature.
"Ramping Up to be a Ram" is an evening event for families of incoming 6th graders at Shadow Ridge as well as all new families and students. Join us on May 7, 2026 from 5:00-6:30pm in the cafeteria.
Families will get in depth information about SRMS on this night, meet Shadow Ridge administration and staff, learn about middle school expectations and much more! We will also include a tour of the school to give our youngest Rams the chance to see inside SRMS. Come join the fun with raffle prizes and light refreshments!
