Join Broomfield Youth For Youth for Narcan Training and Other Education Around Opioids! - Sep 19, 6pm, Broomfield Library. This free training is open to teens and parents in Broomfield and will help attendees learn how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and how to respond with Narcan. Registration is preferred but not required.

 

Colorado Air and Space Port Family Fun Day - Sep 7, 10am-3pm, Colorado Air and Space Port, 5200 Front Range Parkway, Watkins. This free event will include food trucks, games, static display of aircraft, and music. Register Today!

Adams County 4-H Open House - Oct 22, 5pm-8pm. This event will be a great opportunity to learn more about what 4-H can offer youth in our community, participate in hands-on activities, pet cute animals, and enjoy some snacks. See the flier in English and Spanish at this link.

 

Adaptive Soccer Clinic for All Ages! - Sep 14, 10am-1pm, Dicks Sporting Goods Park. Join LIM359 and the Colorado Rapids Amputee Soccer Team for a day of fun and learning! There will be stations where you can learn different soccer skills, a scrimmage by the Amputee Team, and lunch for all participants. Register by Sep 7 at 10 am.

Radon Poster & Video Contests - CDPHE invites Colorado's talented students to help educate the public by inspiring the public with posters and videos to promote radon awareness. The deadline for submissions is Nov 25.

Colorado Afterschool Program Looking for Youth Advocates - to collaborate with their Adult Advocacy & Awareness Action team in helping to plan Afterschool Advocacy events throughout the school year. The Youth team will be comprised of four to eight youth, ages 14-18, representing different regions in Colorado. Deadline to apply is Sep 13. See more info here.
