Summer School Program
***Middle School students must attend the entire month of June***

Tuition: In-District: $125 for 1 class, $200 for 2 classes, $275 for 3 classes
Free/Reduced Lunch: $50 for 1 class, $90 for 2 classes, $120 for 3 classes
Out-of-District: $200 for 1 class, $275 for 2 classes, $350 for 3 classes
Walk in Registration @ Mountain Range High School:
Wednesday, May 29, 2019: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Students must register on May 29, 2019. Classes will be capped at 30 students. It is first come first served.
Summer School Attendance Policy: The summer school day contains 3 “periods”. Any tardiness (up to 10 minutes) or absence (after 10 minutes) from a period will be noted. Once a student reaches 3 class periods (in a single class) with a tardy or absence, the parent and student will be notified. Upon the 4th class period with a tardy or absence, the student will be withdrawn from the course with an UNPASS and NO REFUND will be given.
All absences must be reported to the summer school office (720) 972-4172 the day of the absence.
Discipline/Behavioral Issues: If a student has any discipline issues resulting in a suspension, the student will be withdrawn from the Summer School program. Absolutely no refunds will be given.
Transportation: School bus transportation is available from all district middle schools (except Silver Hills) for a fee of $90. Please include transportation fee with tuition payment if applicable. All transportation fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: Transportation is ONLY provided from district middle schools. If school bus transportation is needed, parent/guardian is responsible for transportation to and from middle school sites. Students needing only 1 or 2 courses who require bus transportation will be placed in a “Success Study Skills” course free of charge. Students must have a Summer School ID badge and BUS sticker to ride the bus.

NOTE: Some Social Studies content will be addressed in Language Arts classes. Middle School Social Studies classes cannot be made up at Summer School.
