If your email address or phone numbers have changed,
please let us know about it. We use both email and phone numbers
to keep you informed about your student's grades and other important
information. When you fill out the form below and click on
submit, the registrar at Shadow Ridge will receive an email with
your new contact information and be able to update our records
at the school. Each parent or guardian needing to change contact information should
fill out and submit the form.
Because we are required to verify mailing addresses, you cannot
use this form to update your mailing address. If your mailing
address has changed, you will need to come to the school with
the new information and some form of verification.
